Double Life, Double Love – A premium fast-paced romance spy thriller
Double Life Double Love is a fast-paced vertical thriller series following Kate Lawson, an overworked mother secretly living a dangerous double life as an undercover operative known only as Ivy Six. As Kate, she juggles school runs, family pressures, and a struggling marriage. As Ivy Six, she infiltrates the world of a mysterious tech CEO suspected of selling classified intelligence.
As Kate’s mission draws her deeper into a seductive and dangerous relationship with her target, the boundaries between duty, desire, and identity begin to blur. But when hidden agendas, betrayal, and a conspiracy inside her own organisation emerge, Kate realises the greatest threat may not be the man she was sent to expose, but the life she’s trying to protect.
Double Life Double Love is currently available on the Love Drama app and has also been licensed internationally to other streaming platforms. With audiences across the US, UK, Australia, Germany, Canada and other international markets, the series demonstrates the growing global demand for premium mobile-first storytelling.
Produced in collaboration with Kedoo for their LoveDrama platform, the series demonstrates our ability to develop, produce, and deliver commercially viable vertical drama for international streaming audiences.

Media Brighton’s vertical drama projects are led by wife-and-husband creative team Annelies and Ben Simon, combining backgrounds in filmmaking, commercials, music videos, music production & songwriting, creative direction, performance, and commercial content production.
Together, we oversee concept development, scripting, directing, production, casting, camera, post-production, music supervision, VFX, and delivery — creating a highly collaborative and flexible production model designed specifically for vertical drama.
We also work with a small network of experienced crew and collaborators, allowing us to scale productions while maintaining a hands-on creative approach throughout the process.
