For bigger projects we create professional storyboards as part of our process. These help to show you our vision of how each scene will play out. It’s also very useful to keep the shoot on track and focused toward the end goal. By storyboarding we can aim higher, and with the right planning, pull off way more ambitious techniques and shots, ultimately making your video more impactful and engaging. Our process
Questionnaire / brief
By filling in our questionnaire we can gain an accurate insight into your requirements and goals for your video project. This then helps to form the brief, including your budget and delivery time lines.
Pre-production
This is where we figure out how to produce your video. If there is a script to be written , we write it. If there are storyboards to be created, we create them. If there are actors & locations to be found, we find them. We plan the whole process meticulously, to ensure everything goes to plan.
Production
All the planning pays off on the shoot. We provide all the cameras lighting and audio equipment needed to produce your video to the highest of standards. If your video includes interviews we will coach the subjects allowing us to capture their best & most authentic performance.
Post-production
Your footage is double back up before the process editing begins. Interviews are knocked into shape, all ums and stammers removed. Section bumpers are added to push key messages to the fore and to help orgainse the content. Audio is processed to make it sound punchy and professional. Colour grading adds that final slickness.
First cut
Your video is exported and presented to you as a first cut. This is your chance to make the changes you think the video needs to meet your requirements and taste.
Feedback / changes
We take on board the feedback and changes, if any and set about implementing them into the final video.
Final delivery
At the end of the process your video is delivered in a online friendly format ready to be uploaded to your video sharing service of choice.
Social optimisation
As an extra service we can help with your video marketing strategy, including creating versions optimised for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.
