Product Demo Video Transcription
If you’re selling products online, then there are several reasons why product demo videos will work well for you, help you sell more and grow your business.
Animoto found in their research that:
“73% of all consumers are more likely to make a purchase after watching videos explaining a product or service”.
That means you can boost your sales pages’ conversion rate by adding product videos to them.
Not only that, but by having high quality videos across your website
you can boost the overall perception of your brand which will in instill trust in your viewers.
This is one of the many powerful mental buying triggers you can tap into with a well crafted video campaign.
And did you know videos on your website can even have a positive effect on your Google ranking?
But that’s not all, releasing videos across your social media channels will help raise your brand profile.
And sharing them on sites like YouTube can help you reach a new audience and drive traffic to your landing pages.
One of our clients, OverBoard, manufactures waterproof bags. We made them a product video for each of their main products and then optimised them to give them the best chance of ranking in YouTube. So far they have had more than 740,000 views on their videos and are dominating YouTube for all of their keywords.
So, to hear more about how you can boost your sales through product videos, give us a call – or for a quote just fill in the form.
To recap, you need product videos because:
- They’ll boost your website conversions
- They’ll help you reach a new audience
- They could boost your Google search rankings
- They can raise your brand profile
- They can make you an authority in your market and instil trust
- They make great social media ads, to rack up even more business
And if you’re worried about cost…
We can keep those down. With clever planning, we can create scripts and shot lists that follow a base structure, so that pre-production and shoot times are kept to a minimum. This ‘conveyor belt’ method of producing videos is essential if you want to really pepper your website and social media sites with video for maximum reach. But of course, for higher end products we can make more bespoke videos too.

This is 1 of 9 videos we produced for JTX Fitness promoting their fitness equipment. These videos were created to help raise the conversion rate of their product landing pages and have had 70,000 views on YouTube alone. With our in-house voice over, a fantastic location, smooth camera work and a professional model; this video nicely echoes their quality brand ethos while driving traffic to their site and increasing their website convertion rate.
When we started working with OverBoard they wanted to stand out in an already saturated market. Their channel has had over 740K views and they dominate YouTube for all their keywords.
Caltite by Cementaid
This product video for Cementaid uses a slightly different format, in that it has interview-based customer testimonials. This worked really well as an exhibition stand video promoting their product. With section bumpers to push the main features and benefts, it’s an informative and trust-building video.
Dry Ice Cooler Bags
This lifestyle product video showcases the Dry Ice Cooler backpack in its natural environment. Shot in Mauritius, it’s jam-packed full of high production value, inspirational footage that really triggers the imagination of the viewer. The video was shown on a big screen at tradeshows where they sold out of stock.
Aspen Pumps commissioned an overview video explaining their multiple brands and products in an engaging way. This video uses live action, animation, still images, existing footage and clever transitions to tell their story while showcasing their product range.
Orange Badge scooters
Orange Badge tasked us with creating a large number of product videos in a cost effective way, without skimping on quality. We built a white screen studio in the warehouse to achieve this clean infinity white background look putting the products at centre stage. Along with gimbal action footage and an informative voice over, these videos will help sell their product direct from their website.
Orange Badge chairs
This is another great example of quality on a budget. To save budget we created a set in Orange Badge’s showroom and used one of their stuff as the model, making these videos great value as well as effective. These videos will sit on the product page of their website, helping to increase conversion rates and sell more chairs.
